Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast (5.oz) about
  • 2 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1 tsp kick'n chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Method

  • in a crock pot add carrots, celery, onion and chicken.
  • in a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients , except the broth and the cornstarch, u will use that later.
  • mix well, pour over chicken and veggies
  • cover and cook on low for 4 hours and then trun on high, now mix the broth and cornstarch together, add to chicken, stir well, cook for 30 minutes longer or until the gravy thickens.
  • trun to low heat on the crock pot, to keep warm, serve with rice.
