- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast (5.oz) about
- 2 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 2 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 tsp kick'n chicken seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Method
- in a crock pot add carrots, celery, onion and chicken.
- in a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients , except the broth and the cornstarch, u will use that later.
- mix well, pour over chicken and veggies
- cover and cook on low for 4 hours and then trun on high, now mix the broth and cornstarch together, add to chicken, stir well, cook for 30 minutes longer or until the gravy thickens.
- trun to low heat on the crock pot, to keep warm, serve with rice.
- enjoy.
