Ingredients
- 1 can (12 oz.) pork luncheon meat
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 4 slices pineapple, cut into halves
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
Method
- Cut pork luncheon meat slightly more than halfway through loaf into 8 sections.
- Place pork in ungreased baking dish.
- Spoon 1/2 teaspoon mustard between every other cut.
- Insert half slice pineapple in each cut; top with remaining half slice pineapple. Insert whole cloves in pineapple, if desired.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over pork.
- Cook in 375° oven for 20 minutes.
