Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. pork strips
- 2 green peppers, cut 1 inch squares
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drain and add water to juice to make 1 1/2 c.
- 1/2 c. soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Combine pineapple juice and water to soya sauce, cornstarch, chicken base, pepper and garlic.
- Heat oil in large skillet. Stir-fry pork and green peppers 3 to 4 minutes, until brown.
- Push meat to one side of pan.
- Add liquid and pineapple.
- Stir and cook to thicken.
- Pour this recipe over cooked rice.
