Ingredients
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 8 slices diced, uncooked bacon
Method
- Combine catsup, onion, brown sugar, dry mustard and salt in 1-quart casserole bowl.
- Stir in drained corn.
- Top with diced bacon.
- Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 1 hour.
- Garnish with additional cooked bacon, if desired.
