Ingredients
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. powdered mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients together and marinate a pork loin roast or pork tenderloins.
- Bake roast at 350° and baste sauce over the top of the roast.
