Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 c. rice
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. water
- green pepper rings
- chili sauce
Method
- Brown chops.
- Put aside.
- Place 1 cup rice in greased casserole with dry onion soup mix.
- Add 2 to 2 1/2 cups of water. Place chops on top.
- Place green pepper ring on each chop.
- Fill ring with chili sauce.
- Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 300°.
