Ingredients
- 3 -4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- salt
- pepper
- garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
Method
- Brown the pork chops in the oil while they are browning, mix the cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix together with one can of water.
- After chops are browned add the mixture to the frying pan with the chops and simmer for 50-55 minutes, I serve mine over egg noodles, but you can use rice if you prefer.
