Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 onion
- 3 potatoes
- 4 carrots
Method
- Brown pork chops in margarine.
- Add mushroom soup and water to cover pork chops.
- Slice potatoes, carrots and onion.
- Add to pork chops and add more water if needed.
- May be cooked in oven (350° until potatoes are done), electric skillet or crock-pot.
