Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 small onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown pork chops in oil.
- Arrange in dish.
- Sprinkle with onion.
- Add rice.
- Bring cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water to a boil; pour over chops.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
