- 6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. sage stuffing mix
Method
- Brown pork chops, if desired.
- Arrange chops in an 8 or 9-inch square baking dish (glass).
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
- Turn chops over after 5 minutes.
- Drain and save juices.
