Ingredients
- 2 or 3 chops, seasoned
- 1 Tbsp. roux
- 1 lb. crawfish
- onion
- bell pepper
Method
- Cut meat in small pieces and brown.
- Add onion and bell pepper to browned meat.
- Cook for a few minutes.
- Add roux to pan, plus water.
- Cook until tender, add crawfish and more water to gravy if needed.
- Serve over rice.
