Ingredients
- 2 pkg. of 4 oz. rounds of Camembert
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c. dry fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. sesame seeds
- vegetable oil for frying
Method
- Cut each Camambert round into 6 wedges.
- In a bowl combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
- Dip each wedge in beaten egg and then bread crumb mixture.
- Finish all of the wedges.
- Heat 2 inches of oil in pan on medium high heat.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve on a toothpick with some juicy strawberries.
