Ingredients
- required number of chops
- lemon slices (can use bottled ReaLemon juice)
- ketchup
- brown sugar
Method
- Layer pork chops in an ovenproof container.
- On each chop, sprinkle brown sugar, squeeze and leave a slice of lemon, and shake some ketchup over that.
- Treat subsequent layers the same. Cover.
- Bake in a 350° oven for approximately 45 minutes.
- Take cover off and bake for approximately 15 more minutes.
