Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. hot mashed potatoes
- 1 small tomato, sliced
Method
- Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat; stir until smooth. Add mixed vegetables and seasonings; mix well.
- Pour into 1-quart casserole.
- Cover with potatoes and top with tomato slices.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
