Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 small tomato, sliced

Method

  • Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat; stir until smooth. Add mixed vegetables and seasonings; mix well.
  • Pour into 1-quart casserole.
  • Cover with potatoes and top with tomato slices.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  • Makes 4 servings.
