Ingredients
- 5 oz Feta cheese
- 5 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup + 2 T. mayonaise
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp basil, dried
- 1/4 tsp oregano, dried
- 1/8 tsp dill weed, dried
- 1/8 tsp thyme, dried
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional)
Method
- NOTE: This recipe has a very strong garlic flavor.
- If you prefer a milder garlic taste, use just 2 garlic cloves.
- With the chopping/blending blade in your food processor, add all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes, scraping down sides with a spatula once or twice as needed.
- Store cheese spread in covered container in refrigerator.
- OPTIONAL: If using as a dip rather than a spread, you can loosen a bit by mixing in some Greek yogurt.
