Ingredients

  • 5 oz Feta cheese
  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup + 2 T. mayonaise
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp basil, dried
  • 1/4 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1/8 tsp dill weed, dried
  • 1/8 tsp thyme, dried
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional)

Method

  • NOTE: This recipe has a very strong garlic flavor.
  • If you prefer a milder garlic taste, use just 2 garlic cloves.
  • With the chopping/blending blade in your food processor, add all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes, scraping down sides with a spatula once or twice as needed.
  • Store cheese spread in covered container in refrigerator.
  • OPTIONAL: If using as a dip rather than a spread, you can loosen a bit by mixing in some Greek yogurt.
