Ingredients
- 3/4 c. cranberries, cut up
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. seasoned stuffing mix
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 4 pork chops
Method
- Mix cranberries and sugar; let stand 30 minutes.
- Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
- Toss cranberries, onion, celery, stuffing and evaporated milk.
- Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
- Brown chops on both sides.
- Place on top of stuffing mix.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Remove cover the last 10 minutes.
