Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. cranberries, cut up
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 4 pork chops

Method

  • Mix cranberries and sugar; let stand 30 minutes.
  • Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
  • Toss cranberries, onion, celery, stuffing and evaporated milk.
  • Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
  • Brown chops on both sides.
  • Place on top of stuffing mix.
  • Cover.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Remove cover the last 10 minutes.
