Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 12 cucumber, chopped
Method
- drain yogurt of all liquid.
- add remainder of ingredients.
- chill and enoy.
- be careful, the longer you keep it, the stronger the garlic taste gets.
- because you are using nonfat yogurt, you will need to mix it every time you serve it.
