Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 2 cups prepared fruit mince
  • Pastry
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

Method

  • Blend flour, Philly* and butter in a food processor until pastry is smooth; chill for 1 hour.
  • Roll out pastry (0.5cm thick) into a rectangle.
  • Spread fruit mince over pastry and roll up (Swiss Roll style), cut in 2.5cm slices.
  • Place slices, cut side up onto a greased pizza tray or ring pan.
  • Bake in oven (200C) for 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Dust with icing sugar to serve.
