Ingredients
- Filling
- 2 cups prepared fruit mince
- Pastry
- 1 cup plain flour
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Method
- Blend flour, Philly* and butter in a food processor until pastry is smooth; chill for 1 hour.
- Roll out pastry (0.5cm thick) into a rectangle.
- Spread fruit mince over pastry and roll up (Swiss Roll style), cut in 2.5cm slices.
- Place slices, cut side up onto a greased pizza tray or ring pan.
- Bake in oven (200C) for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Dust with icing sugar to serve.
