Ingredients
- 6 or 8 large pork chops
- 1 onion, cut in rings
- 2 bell peppers, cut in rings
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Brown pork chops in a skillet.
- Place 3 or 4 in bottom of baking dish.
- Add 1/2 the soup, 1 layer of onions and peppers. Place remaining pork chops on top.
- Repeat layer of onions, peppers and soup.
- Pour 1/2 can water over top and bake 1 hour at 375°.
