Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 package frozen peas
- 6 - 8 medium or large potatoes
Method
- Brown pork chops on both sides and place as bottom layer in large baking dish. Peel and slice potatoes. Place potatoes over chops. Place peas over top of potatoes, then pour tomato sauce over everything. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. This is a one dish meal and is delicious.
