Ingredients
- 4 loin chops
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
Method
- Cover and sear pork chops in hot skillet. Add all ingredients. Cover tightly and cook on low temperature until chops are tender, about 30 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
