Ingredients
- 1 cooked, deboned chicken, torn into bite size pieces
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can Veg-All drained (or any mixed vegetables that you may have on hand)
Method
- Place chicken in baking dish and cover with broth.
- Add soups. Add can of Veg-All.
- Mix flour, milk and melted butter together and pour this mixture over the chicken/broth/soup mixture.
- Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes, until crust is brown and bubbly.
