Ingredients

  • 1 cooked, deboned chicken, torn into bite size pieces
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can Veg-All drained (or any mixed vegetables that you may have on hand)

Method

  • Place chicken in baking dish and cover with broth.
  • Add soups. Add can of Veg-All.
  • Mix flour, milk and melted butter together and pour this mixture over the chicken/broth/soup mixture.
  • Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes, until crust is brown and bubbly.
