Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 6 med. potatoes
  • 3 med. onions
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom or possibly cream of celery soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Brown pork chops.
  • Slice potatoes and place in bottom of lightly greased 2 qt casserole.
  • Slice onions and place on top of potatoes.
  • Place pork chops on top of which.
  • Salt and pepper and spread can of undiluted soup over top.
  • Cover and bake for 45 min at 400 degrees.
  • (If you use boneless porkchops, it is good the next day, too!)
