Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 or 3 stalks celery
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken (save broth)
- 1 loaf bread, toasted and cut into cubes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook onion and celery in small amount of margarine.
- Mix all ingredients except broth.
- Put in 9 x 13-inch pan or other casserole.
- Add small amount of broth if you like moist dressing. Make gravy from rest of broth.
- Cover first half hour.
- Uncover last half hour.
- Bake at 350°.
