Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. water

Method

  • Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
  • Form into balls. Mix soup and water in pot of a pressure cooker.
  • Drop meatballs into pressure cooker.
  • Cover; set control at 10 and cook 10 minutes after control jiggles.
  • Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes, then place under faucet.
  • Serves 4. This recipe is both fast and very popular with children!
