Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
- Form into balls. Mix soup and water in pot of a pressure cooker.
- Drop meatballs into pressure cooker.
- Cover; set control at 10 and cook 10 minutes after control jiggles.
- Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes, then place under faucet.
- Serves 4. This recipe is both fast and very popular with children!
