Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. regular rice
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Combine ground beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
- Form balls and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Mix tomato soup and water.
- Pour over meat balls. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
