Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 4 slices bread
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 2 medium size onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
- 2 c. tomato juice or tomato soup
Method
- Crumble bread and soak in milk; add beaten egg.
- Mix with other ingredients, except tomato juice.
- Shape into 8 balls and place in greased casserole dish.
- Pour tomato juice over the balls and bake at 350° oven (preheat).
