Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 stick butter
- 35 to 40 crushed Ritz crackers
Method
- Cook and debone chicken.
- Mix soup and sour cream together. Mix poppy seed, crackers and melted butter in another bowl. Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Put 1/2 chicken in bottom.
- Top with part of soup mixture.
- Sprinkle with poppy seed mixture. Repeat layering.
- Bake at 350°
- for 30 to 40 minutes.
