Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • oil
  • onion, chopped
  • green pepper, chopped
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • Cheddar cheese, chopped
  • any other ingredient desired

Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl.
  • Divide mixture into 3 equal balls.
  • Place a ball on a piece of waxed paper and flatten to make a 9-inch patty.
  • On half of patty, place rest of ingredients desired, leaving 1-inch margin.
  • When finished, use waxed paper to fold patty.
  • Pull waxed paper away from patty and seal edges.
  • Brush top and bottoms with oil to keep from sticking to grill.
