- 2 eggs
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- oil
- onion, chopped
- green pepper, chopped
- mushrooms, sliced
- Cheddar cheese, chopped
- any other ingredient desired
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl.
- Divide mixture into 3 equal balls.
- Place a ball on a piece of waxed paper and flatten to make a 9-inch patty.
- On half of patty, place rest of ingredients desired, leaving 1-inch margin.
- When finished, use waxed paper to fold patty.
- Pull waxed paper away from patty and seal edges.
- Brush top and bottoms with oil to keep from sticking to grill.
