Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix (do not get mix with pudding in it)
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. plain or vanilla yogurt or 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. sherry
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts (optional)
- powdered sugar for topping
Method
- Mix the dry ingredients:
- cake mix, pudding and poppy seed. Add the eggs, oil and yogurt and mix well with a mixer.
- Add nuts and fold in by hand.
- Pour the mixture into a greased Bundt or tube pan; bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
- When cool, sift powdered sugar on top.
