Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup peanuts
- 10 crisp lettuce leaves
- soy sauce (optional)
Method
- Brown ground turkey in a large skillet (this very lean meat may require a little extra virgin olive oil in the pan so it doesn't dry out).
- When meat is browned, pour the whole bottle of teriyaki sauce in the pan along with the peanuts.
- Spoon the meat into crisp lettuce cups and dip into the soy sauce.
- Enjoy!
