Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- Ritz crackers
- chopped onion
Method
- Mix soup and sour cream together.
- Mix onions in.
- Stir in the frozen potatoes.
- Cut the cheese in little squares and place on top of the soup mixture.
- Cover this mixture with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
