Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. unsifted flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Stir; do not beat.
- Batter will be lumpy.
- Divide batter equally between 6 or 8 greased custard cups or popover tins. Put into cold oven. Set temperature to 450°. Bake 30 minutes. Resist the impulse to peek!
- Batter can be made ahead and refrigerated.
