Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 dashes garlic salt
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • French bread

Method

  • Cook spinach as directed on box.
  • Drain and press all water from spinach.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Split 1 loaf French bread lengthwise; top half (about 1/4) and hollow out the middle of the bottom half.
  • In bite size pieces, place bread in a separate bowl.
  • Pour mixture into bottom half of bread.
  • Use bread pieces to dip.
