Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 dashes garlic salt
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- salt/pepper to taste
- French bread
Method
- Cook spinach as directed on box.
- Drain and press all water from spinach.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Split 1 loaf French bread lengthwise; top half (about 1/4) and hollow out the middle of the bottom half.
- In bite size pieces, place bread in a separate bowl.
- Pour mixture into bottom half of bread.
- Use bread pieces to dip.
