Ingredients
- Sriracha Aioli
- 1 cup KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 3-1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- Popcorn Shrimp
- 1 qt. frozen breaded shrimp (popcorn size)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Sriracha Aioli: Combine ingredients.
- Popcorn Shrimp: Fry shrimp in 325 degrees F deep fryer 2 to 3 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Drain.
- Season with salt.
- Serve 4 oz.
- shrimp with 2 Tbsp.
- Sriracha Aioli as a shared appetizer.
