Ingredients
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. peanut butter (regular or crunchy)
- vanilla and/or nut flavoring (optional)
Method
- Put sugar and syrup into large kettle.
- Keep stirring and bring this to a boil.
- Stir in the peanut butter.
- Pour over a dishpan full of popped corn, stirring corn as you pour.
- Can do part of it at a time and warm syrup back up slightly.
- When cool enough, press into balls with buttered hands.
