Ingredients
- 2 c. corn syrup
- 1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 qts. popped corn
Method
- Combine the corn syrup, sugar and water and boil until a little when tried in cold water forms a hard ball, 254°F.
- Add the vanilla and pour into the popped corn from which all hard grains should be removed.
- Stir till coated, rub hand with Mazola corn oil and form the corn into medium sized balls, pressing closely together.
