Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Method

  • Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat, then drain meat mixture in colander and rinse with hot water to remove grease.
  • Pour meat back into skillet and add soup and paprika.
  • Simmer until heated through.
  • Remove from stove and stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
