Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 pt. half and half
Method
- Beat egg whites till stiff; add in 1/2 c. sugar to this.
- Beat egg yolks till stiff; add in 1 c. sugar.
- Fold egg yolk into whites gently; beat whipping cream and mix in.
- Add in half and half (and brandy if you like).
- Chill.
