- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. stock or bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. tomato sauce or catsup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 c. (or less) sour cream
- 3 to 4 servings of rice
Method
- Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
- Brown ground beef and onions together.
- Drain.
- Work the flour into the mixture.
- Over low heat, add the stock and cook until smooth and thick.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except sour cream.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
