Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 4 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. pecans
Method
- Combine water, fruit juice, Minute tapioca, sugar and salt in saucepan and mix well.
- Bring mixture quickly to a boil over direct heat.
- Stir all the time and remove from heat after boiling.
- Do not overcook.
- Will be thin.
- Put in pineapple and nuts.
- Stir occasionally until cool.
