Ingredients
- Hungry Jack instant mashed potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) French onion dip
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- margarine
- cheese (optional)
Method
- Prepare instant potatoes for 12, following package instructions.
- While hot, stir in dip and cream cheese.
- Stir to mix and put into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
- Bake about 30 minutes at 350° uncovered. Can be kept refrigerated for several days without baking, but do not freeze.
- (Grated cheese can also be sprinkled on top.)
