Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Topping
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. melted butter, cooled
- 2/3 c. milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Grease muffin pans.
- Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in mixing bowl; set aside.
- In another bowl beat eggs; stir in butter and milk.
- Add liquid ingredients all at once to flour mixture.
- Stir only until flour is moistened.
- Fill cups 2/3 full.
- Bake about 15 minutes or until done.
