Ingredients
- 1 c. (8 oz.) mushrooms, drained
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 qt. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- salt and pepper
- 2 lb. smoked sausage, chopped
Method
- Cook mushrooms, onions and peppers in butter.
- In crock-pot, cook sausage until heated.
- Add vegetables, kraut, tomatoes and salt and pepper.
- Cook in crock-pot on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 5 to 6 hours.
