Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Polish sausage
- 3 1/2 lb. beef and pork roast
- 3 kosher dill pickles, sliced
- 10 oz. fresh mushrooms, sauteed
- onion and garlic
- 3 lb. jar sauerkraut (do not drain)
Method
- May add tomatoes and sour cream.
