- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 2 c. peanut butter
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. peanuts
- 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding (cooked type)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
Method
- Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips with peanut butter. Spread half in bottom of buttered 13 x 9-inch pan and cool.
- Barely boil margarine, pudding mix and milk.
- Add powdered sugar and maple flavoring.
- Spread onto cooled chocolate layer.
- Cool.
- Add peanuts to second half of chocolate mixture and spread onto cooled pudding mixture.
- Cool.
- These can be frozen.
