Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 2 c. peanut butter
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. peanuts
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding (cooked type)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. maple flavoring

Method

  • Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips with peanut butter. Spread half in bottom of buttered 13 x 9-inch pan and cool.
  • Barely boil margarine, pudding mix and milk.
  • Add powdered sugar and maple flavoring.
  • Spread onto cooled chocolate layer.
  • Cool.
  • Add peanuts to second half of chocolate mixture and spread onto cooled pudding mixture.
  • Cool.
  • These can be frozen.
