Ingredients
- 2 cups flat rice (poha)
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Soak the poha till it is soft, but not squashed.
- Take a pan, add chopped chillies & mustard seeds & oil. Allow the seeds to splutter & the chillies to get a bit cooked.
- Add soaked poha, salt, turmeric.
- Mix & serve hot.
