Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thigh, boned and skinned
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Skin chicken pieces. Lightly dust them with flour. Heat the oil in a skillet and quickly brown the chicken pieces. Put the chicken into a casserole with a lit. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and bake one hour.
