Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Empty potato slices and package of seasoned sauce mix into 2-quart casserole dish.
- Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling.
- Stir into potatoes.
- Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
