Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni

Method

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Empty potato slices and package of seasoned sauce mix into 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling.
  • Stir into potatoes.
  • Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Makes 4 servings.
