Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 t. salt (optional)
- 6 cups broth (if running short, finish with milk)
- cornbread
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Add crumbled cornbread and mix well.
- Add a few pinches of crushed sage and 1/2 to 3/4 t. of poultry seasoning if desired.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 35 - 45 min. or until set.
